The free-standing ‘Trimotion’ triceps pendulum offers maximum adaptability and biomechanical sophistication. You benefit from interchangeable handles, integrated rubber pads and an individually adjustable starting position. The two strategically placed weight pads allow you to switch directly between two strength curves to completely challenge the muscle across the entire range of motion.
